1. Copyright Notice

1.1 Protected Content

All content on this website – including text, images, design, branding, and layout – is the intellectual property of Laura Beauty Artist and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

1.2 Unauthorized Use

Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this site without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1 Notice Period

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge at least 12 hours in advance.

2.2 Late Cancellations / No-Shows

If the cancellation is made later than 12 hours before the appointment, or the client does not show up, a fee of €15 will be charged as compensation for the reserved time.

2.3 Delays

If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment is automatically considered missed, and any prepayment is non-refundable.

3. Payment

3.1 In-Salon Payment

Payments can be made directly in the salon in cash, after the service is completed.

3.2 Online Payment

We also offer secure online payments through our official website laurabeauty.de. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment providers.

4. Data Privacy

4.1 Data Usage
The website laurabeauty.de does not collect personal data for misuse. All information provided is used strictly for the purposes stated, such as appointment booking or communication.
4.2 Data Protection
All personal data is handled with confidentiality and protected in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Laura Beauty Artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, or who fails to comply with salon policies.

6. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers are valid only within the specified time frame and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Vouchers must be presented before the appointment starts.

7. General Salon Policies

  • 7.1 Appointment Only

  • Services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

  • 7.2 Children and Guests

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that no children or additional guests accompany you to your appointment.

  • 7.3 Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for informing the salon of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before receiving any service.
