Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the booked service. 2. Delays If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or not completed. The full amount of the booked service is still due. 3. Appointment Confirmation Please note that your booking is only binding after we have confirmed it. 5.
